Buddhist Vegetarian
Buddhist Vegetarian means no meat, no eggs and no pungent food or no alium; i.e. no garlic, onion or shallots.
Milk, yoghurt and butter is fine. As it does not involve cruelty to animals.
Sometimes in this mordern day with a plethora of mix of cultures, it is difficult to explain the concept. And hard to find suitable restaurants, food places or even good recipes.
