Kimchi Noodle
- 1 dried noodle portion
- 1 large teaspoon of gochujang
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar (or mirin)
- 1/2 teaspoon of Vegemite
- 1/2 cup of kimchi or sauerkraut
- 1 mushroom or tofu or vegetable of choice
Method:
- Bring 1/2 litre water to boil.
- Cook noodles according to instructions on packet.
- When noodles are about to be ready, add vegetables and tofu and condiments.
- Boil for 1 minute, serve in pot.
