Kimchi Noodle

  • 1 dried noodle portion
  • 1 large teaspoon of gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon tamari
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar (or mirin)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Vegemite
  • 1/2 cup of kimchi or sauerkraut
  • 1 mushroom or tofu or vegetable of choice
Kimchi Noodle

Method:

  1. Bring 1/2 litre water to boil.
  2. Cook noodles according to instructions on packet.
  3. When noodles are about to be ready, add vegetables and tofu and condiments.
  4. Boil for 1 minute, serve in pot.
